I feel bad for families who are counting on these toys and not getting what they purchased. This is a bold style of neat typeface, It was created for use in the game show it!, it is an American television quiz show created by Merv Griffin. It almost appears that they are overselling and attempting to make the sale by substituting like items. Perhaps they have problems with their shipping, but isn't it strange how TRU is sending items of the same brand but not the exact item.

She's be responsible for shipping the item back, would only get credit for the item, not get credit for shipping paid, and she'd have to reorder and pay for shipping all over again. When this lady called TRU she was told too bad. She claims she received a Bratz Princess. The second person this afternoon I spoke with ordered a Bratz Kids Jade. She also ordered a Scottie Dog Littlest Pet Shop which was a TRU exclusive. The other person I spoke this afternoon ordered an exclusive dog Littlest Pet Shop. On another board there are now 2 more people who received the wrong item in addition to the 2 I spoke to this morning. Seems really strange that people would receive a similar item instead of what they ordered. It was similar like the wrong Barbie or like in my case the wrong cards, but still wrong. On another shopping board I go on there are 2 other ladies who had the wrong item in their box, too. I sure hope there aren't others with bigger ticket items that find out their box arrives empty or with some other item in the box. I could feel free to try to reorder these items after the holidays though.Īt least this was only a $6.99 card game and a $3.99 plastic animal. I was told that unfortunately the Cars Uno and the Littlest Pet Shop were both sold out, so all they could do was issue me a credit back to my card after my return has been verified and processed. I was told my only option is to print out return labels and ship back the Cardstruction and the paperwork on the empty box. It was a regular deck of cards called Cardstruction. They credited back my 2 other shipping charges. They attempted to charge me this rate for each package. When I placed the order I was told shipping was about $5.69 or something close. I ordered 2 sets of Zatch Bell action figures, a littlest pet shop Chihuahua with purse and a set of Cars Uno cards.įirst TRU shipped the Zatch Bell figures, LPS figure and Uno set each separately.
